Just to clarify this review is for Hessa Branch and doesn’t reflect my experience at other branches in UAE . Placed an ordered via one of the food delivery apps few days ago for three sandwiches . Francisco sandwich , super try , no flavor and couldn’t feel any freshness and also almost empty ) , Roast Beef ( check attached pics , very small portion of meat probably there was more pickles than meat and very dry ) , Chicken and garlic ( was the best sandwich among the other two and hence the three star ! ) . Honestly this doesn’t look like the one in Lebanon or in Saudi where the portions much larger and more generous in ingredients . And of-course overpriced . Would be great to look into other venues in the city and re-assess their pricing

Very disappointing... I will not come back again. I drove all the way to the Abou Afif as usual and placed my order directly with the employee at the counter. After that, I waited more than 25 minutes with no update. During this entire time, the employee was on his phone and didn’t bother to check on the order or follow up with the kitchen even once. Only after I asked what was happening did he come back and tell me that the kitchen didn’t even know an order was placed. He then said they were starting it “now” and that it would take another 6 minutes which anyone who’s been here knows is unrealistic. At that point, I had already wasted too much time and had to leave, so I canceled the order and left without food. This isn’t about waiting a few extra minutes it’s about lack of attention, poor communication, and zero accountability. If staff are taking orders, they need to make sure those orders actually reach the kitchen, and customers should not be ignored while employees are on their phones. Suggestion to the owner/management: Please train staff to confirm orders immediately, stay attentive to customers, and minimize phone use during service. A simple check-in could have avoided this entire situation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because this experience reflects very poorly on the brand.

We saw their Instagram post and decided to give it a try! The bread is prepared in a really impressive and delicious way — truly the highlight. However, the chicken and beef sandwiches taste almost the same, with very little difference in flavor. Also, the burger is quite small compared to what we expected. Honest review for anyone planning to try it!

I’ve been eating at Abou Afif for years back in Beirut, and they’ve always had some of the best sandwiches. The new branch in Dubai keeps the same great taste and quality, and you can tell they use premium ingredients. That being said, the prices here are quite high for what you get. The sandwiches are small, and the amount of chicken, beef, or cheese doesn’t really match the price. Even with high-quality ingredients, it still feels overpriced. The Dubai branch is about twice, or even a bit more expensive than the one in Beirut. On top of that, the location isn’t in a premium area, and the place itself is small and not suitable for dining in. The Hessa branch is delivery only, so they don’t really have the overhead costs that would justify such high prices. I understand Dubai is generally more expensive, but other Lebanese places like BarBar and Abdullah Chicken and others kept their prices close to Beirut and even offer discounts and promotions. Overall, the food is excellent, but the prices in Dubai don’t match the portions, location, or setup.

Just had the yummiest lunch at Abou Afif! We tried almost all the menu. The quality of the ingredients and the chicken especially is outstanding! The variety of mixes and sauces is interesting and delicious. Loved the crunchiness of the bread! The place is super cute and in a very warm and welcoming area in Dubai. Go check it out!

A must try. Oh! Mani burger with Oman chips from Shattaville. A delicious, juicy, spicy chicken burger that melts on the mouth. San Francisco, spicy chicken and beef sandwic6h from Abou Afif are amazing. Tasty, full of flavors. Love all the way.

I recently dined at Abou Afif and had a disappointing experience. After placing my order, I waited over 50 minutes for my food to arrive. The long wait made the meal feel less enjoyable, and it was frustrating to see others who arrived after me being served first. (online Orders). Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I won't be returning in the future. I hope they can improve their service for the sake of other customers.

Very very disappointing. We ordered AA Beef. Nothing special about it. And Garlic Chicken. Couldn’t eat more than 1 bite! Wasn’t sure if the chicken itself or the garlic had a disturbing taste.
